SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Ready to ship orders will ship within 3 days of purchase.  Orders that aren't ready to ship and need to be produced can take anywhere from 5-15 days depending upon the amount of orders before you. I am a one woman operation and will always do my best to be as efficient as possible and get your order to you as soon as I can.  When things get crazy busy my husband will step in and be my shipping department :).

SHIPPING TIME, CARRIER, INSURED SHIPPING

We use USPS First Class mail unless you choose a different option.  We strongly suggest choosing insured shipping especially as things have changed a lot with covid and we are not liable for any stolen or lost packages in transit.  If a package is late, missing or damaged it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office. Also please contact us at tuskmaui21@gmail.com and we will do our best to locate it with tracking number too.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number in an email once your order is shipped allowing you to watch it every step of the way until it arrives safely at your door.
